feels so good to accomplish the mission i set for myself ever since i shifted to this temporary home, which is to complete a run round the pandan reservoir! think that is at least 6 kilometres! guess i'm a step closer to my dream of completing a 10km jog. the rush of adrenaline makes me feel really good, think i'll have a nice cosy sleep later. :)
it also feels DAMN good to be on leave on dreadful mondays! finally found a chance to give myself a break from work, being able to laze in bed while everybody else is hard at work *evil grins*, paying only $7 for an weekday afternoon show (btw, i had a good laugh watching 'the longest yard', and it's pretty inspirational too) and having only four more days to countdown to the next weekend!
and just to backdate alittle, spending mid-autumn festival at the chinese garden holding a cute little nemo lantern and playing with sparklers did bring back some childhood memories. speaking of this lantern, i've always wanted to carry a traditional cellophane lantern as i never had the opportunity when i was a child, paper lanterns were all i had. this nemo attracted some attention too, and one lady even borrowed it for picture-taking, harhar. took plenty of pictures too with and of the spectacular lantern display with MY NEW PANASONIC LUMIX FX-9! i particularly enjoyed the dinosaurs, the african wild animals, the adorable pandas... and of course, the company that evening. :) no access to adobe photoshop to showcase the photos now, but another time, definitely.

good night, folks! finally finished sending out work e-mails...*stretch*
