hell
thank goodness we didn't manage to get the british airways tickets and have to transit at london!

it's been a helluva week with our back-to-back schedules; after a four-day workshop which ends optimistically at 6pm on thursday, we're flying off that same night for work. i'm definitely not looking forward to next week...being the note-takers, we can't afford to doze off or even go into idle mode, we are responsible for summarising key discussions, preparing the daily management review notes after everybody's gone back home/hotel, helping with the summary paper for higher management, etc, etc, bascically arriving before everybody does, and going back home when it's dark... and i foresee us typing away frantically during all the lunches and tea breaks to meet all the deadlines. bleh. what's more i've got to tidy up all loose ends for the project trip - that's another headache - prepare a summary checklist so that we meet our trip objectives, probably start typing the outline for my trip report, print and file all the necessary project documents to bring over, and pack, pack, pack! thank goodness i managed to get my new red osprey bagpack yesterday! costed me a bomb, but heck care, it's nice, and as always, somehow, the design that caught my eye had to be one of the most expensive! eh, anyway, such bagpacks are meant to last for years of rugged use and abuse. ;)
i'm having a headache, and i think i'm falling sick. damn, i so want to enjoy my weekend.
