snap snap!
some pictures taken over the past week, mostly over the weekend though.

my new braun oral-b electric toothbrush - been using it for the past two days, it forces me to spend at least 2-3 minutes brushing, and reaches out to inaccessible places, i.e. behind my wisdom teeth, my pearlies never felt cleaner! the green tube of epoch nuskin glacial mud mask beside it shows it's time i pamper my tired skin.
japan magnet! my latest magnet, and my first from japan! very pretty colourful magnet with the symbolic cherry blossoms and kimono lady, courtesy of xp. :) seriously touched, especially since this was the only thing you bought! thankie, girl... do enjoy the rest of your leave, if you intend to slack the week away.
saturday evening was spent at jack's house. dinner at siglap - hotplate venison, cereal prawns, hotplate beancurd, veggies and prawn vadai (this is a savoury south indian doughnut made from lentil or potato). the rest of the evening we played mini jenga and monopoly - disney version this time round, we boycotted the cheapo singaporean version with the jurong east mrt station; give us aladdin's magic carpet or captain hook's pirate ship anytime instead! how cute! and yups, you may have noticed the nutella cupcakes which i baked for the silly bf, decorated with a little lighted candle. it was a mini extremely belated birthday celebration, since they didn't managed meet up and deliver his present - a pair of rip curl boardshorts, which was initially meant for the phuket trip, but haha, oh well. and why silly, he thought it was a joke when i walked up to him with the candle to wish him happy birthday, it must have took him at least 10 seconds to realise it wasn't, and that was only after they passed him his present. :P oh yes, i still remmeber our heavenly ben&jerry's ice-cream, love those peanut butter pretzels and white chocolate chunks! eeks, but at almost midnight, with nutella filled cupcakes... that's so so so sinful.
bottom left showed my homely sunday lunch made by mummy the dearest. broiled chicken with assorted vegetables, tender yet not overly done, and healthy steamed fish with tomatoes and chinese parsley.
last picture shows the official national day tee, which i'll be wearing tomorrow to work, harharhar. don't worry, i won't be wearing it in the evening for my brother's wedding dinner food-tasting at the raffles the plaza, free wedding dinner food for once! :P
