a night of olympics, cake and ice-cream
the initial celebration plan was to go try out the korean BBQ along pasir panjang road. but since we were also keen to cheer on our women's table-tennis team in the finals (actually the bf mainly, because there's still the lin dan vs lee chong wei badminton finals), we decided to stay home and settled for home-cooked spaghetti, sarpino's pizza, awfully chocolate cake, and lots of ben&jerry's ice-cream. alas, i forgot all about the two bottles of ice wine in the fridge. LION, HAPPY BIRTDAY, once again - too bad jack's not around to join in the fun. eh, now you know ben&jerry's chocolate ice-cream is in-stock again! wahaha. anyway, a sidenote - i hate the fact that lana and jane's cake station are both closed on sundays.
