i can't believe it has been a year!

on 31 october 2007, he proposed during an evening stroll along lake kawaguchi in japan. a surprise proposal that was relatively fuss-free, but definitely sweet and warm. coincidentally, we collected our wedding bands from fairy's inc last night, the engraving very nicely done! i can't believe one year just passed like that, and we're now less than two months to our wedding!

another kancheong gal pal of mine will be going through her ROM in early december but she has not even settle her gown, and what's more the makeup and flowers. thankfully she was happy with what she could get at olive suite - the dresses were mainly clean-cut bustier/tube designs, the duchess satin material gives them a very luxurious feel, and the princessy tulle skirt makes them look really dreamy and sweet. i'm glad i made myself useful. ;-) now it's time to look into the our wedding bouquet! we realised that we both like calla lilies, but will most likely to be taking different colours - fuschia pink for me (if no objections from the florist, i trust his taste), 'cos that's the colour scheme in the morning!

"it's not a plane, it's a SHUTTLE!"

H2B has a recent obsession with SPACE PENS - this pen is presurised with nitrogen so that it is gravity independent, and can even be used in freezing cold and desert heat. It could also write underwater and upside down. the fisher cartridge did work in the weightlessness of outer space and the astronauts, beginning with the october, 1968 apollo 7 mission began using the fisher AG-7 space pen and cartridge developed in 1966.

if he gets his way, we might just be signing off our wedding certificate with this space shuttle emblemed space pen. okay baby, it's a SPACE SHUTTLE, not a plane. i would much prefer a mont blanc but i'll make do since it's only 10% the price. ;-)
